Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator.
We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator. This role blends accounting duties along with Human Resources coordination—perfect for someone who thrives on organization, teamwork, and making an impact across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Accounts Payable (AP):
• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and on time
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Generate and send customer invoices; manage collections and payment tracking
• Post incoming payments and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
• Prepare regular AR aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Human Resources (HR):
• Support new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record management.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Help foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in AP/AR and HR functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR processes
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and HR/payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
